I am battling to understand how the search feature works.
If I search for a product CE311A, it returns a result. If I search for CE311 it returns a result. If I search for E311A it returns no result?? on my website.
I have read that Actinic does not use wildcards as they are inherent in the search feature.

It will not return results on part strings unless that part string starts the word, so if you have a product called 'letterbox', a search for let or letter will return it, but one for box will not. Have a read of the inbuilt help, it explains it much better than I do.
