Running the site offline

Hello,

I have a version 10 site and I wondered if there was a way I can have the site running in full (except ordering) without internet?

I am going to a exhibition this weekend and will be demonstrating some products on a laptop hooked upto a tv but I have been told the signal for wireless internet is really bad in the building, know I can run a preview but certain pages dont work and things like search dont work either.

So is it possible to have the site work offline?
