    Not able to order from Australia

    Hi,
    Could anyone tell me if there is a limit to countries ordering through the catalogue?
    I havent limited any, but I have a customer from Australia who can only place an order by using the 'payment by cheque option' rather than having the options available, secure trading or payment by cheque?

    Any help would be really appreciated, thanks

    Click on each payment method and look at the 'limited by location' down below, you may have Oz removed from the various payment methods.

      Must be something in your settings

      We regularly receive orders from Australia. Make sure you have this country available in the drop-down list of countries (Settings: Locations) and in the carriage options. If the person is wanting to pay by debit card it is unlikely to be accepted in the UK. Our customers would pay by credit card or by PayPal.
