Add to Cart not appearing

Hello,

Am having some strange issues regarding the add to cart buttons in V10

I have set my products up and after removing the price incl P+P options I noticed that my Add to Cart buttons had dispeared. I got around this buy adding a component and calling it price and this brought back the add to cart button.

On looking at the pages that setup on V10 (scented candles) I noticed that this had a drop down for scents and had an add to cart, I removed the scents component but the Add to cart stayed.

I set up a page with the sames settings as this

And the add to cart button was not there.

Anyideas where I am going wrong, I have looked at some threads and the order online is checked and there is no stock control in place.

What happens if you put www in front of the url?

are both using the same product layout?
If not, have you editted the layouts at all?
Does the add to cart reappear if you change the product layout?

Is the "can be ordered online" box ticked?

Thanks guccij I have tried it with the www in front I still dont see the add to cart

Yep am using the same product template and the order online is checked.

I would suggest trying a different product layout and uploading that as a test. Then change the layout back and upload again.

Have re uploaded it with a completely different template

Bit still no add to cart, but if I add a component under the product it will appear.

Did you change the 'product layout' though? (I didn't mean the site template)
Also is it the same if you create a completely new product as a test.

I have just looked at the product layout, as I was changingthe site template before.


At the moment the product layout is set to:

No(=Standard Layout Using CSS)

When I change this for other options in the list I see the Add to Cart appear. But my formatting of the product changes. Is this is a CSS issue?

I think you should take a snapshot and then revert that product layout back to default and then try it.

That has worked by resetting the product layout back to normal.
