When Lee says "It's never not worked AFAIK," isn't this the same as saying "It's always worked AFAIK,".

The three for two should work fine. As Lees says it's never not. (Note the double negatives)

Sorry I misread that!

When we contacted support whilst using v9 we were told that it didn't work so I wasn't surprised to find the same issues.

I will clarify which settings I am trying to use in case I have missed something.

3 for 2 has always worked in my experience, i think actinic actually has a BOGOF as their example discount too, do you still have their example discount on yours?

You all said that BOGOF would work and after a nice lunch at home and walk around the garden I tried once again and succeded first time.
