    Interesting - General 20 error

I have a small problem .. (no jokes please!! (lol))

I have duplicated a product and put this product duplicate into a new section. You can order from this duplicate quite happily.
However when someone goes to the original section it comes up with a
: A General Script Error Occurred
    ________________________________________
Error: Input contains invalid characters (Error 2).

I presume something has changed on original section... any ideas?

A link to the offending product will help.

      http://sales1632.myzen.co.uk/acatalo..._Software.html

Any product on this page will give you the error message.

This page shows the duplicated product which does go to the order page.

Thanks in advance.. there is a lot to learn and I appreciate the patience

OK. It's slightly odd this one.

The error message is similar to this thread http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?p=315063 where it was the use of '&' in the product ref, even though it was an allowable character, it no longer is.

I couldn't see any 'disallowed' characters in your product refs but it's worth you checking the originals. I was suprised to see some "_"s in the aref but these seemed to be "-" in the product refs so not sure if I'm looking at red herrings or not. Also some of the "-"s were converted to _2d which surprised me as I'd be expecting to see %2d. Maybe I'm looking too hard at this and seeing more than is really there.

        Here's what I'd do:

        1. Check your products refs for characters that aren't allowed.

        2. Failing that get Actinic support involved as it might be something more complicated.
