USA states drop down box disappeared

    USA states drop down box disappeared

    Since upgrading to V10 customers from USA are unable to order as the states drop down box has disappeared and it will not let the customer progress without entering a state. I've tried ticking the showing and requiring address line 4 (county/state/province) but this doesn't make any difference as it's not the drop down box. Hope this makes sense and hope someone can assist.

    Hello Phil,

    Is this due to your tax settings? I know that some types of tax settings dont allow them to choose where they are from. if your on simple then try clicking on advanced or vice versa

        Thank you both for taking the time to try and help

        The tax is set up correctly, it was perfect in V8 but since upgrading to V10 it's gone pear shaped.

        Also, the drop down box doesn't appear on the invoice section even without delivering to another address.

        I've only discovered this fault/bug after the 30 day upgrade cover expired so I'm a bit stuffed!

            I decided to check tax settings again as you initially advised and it was indeed that the tax button selected had shifted over from tax invoice address to tax delivery address whilst upgrading . it now works!
