Missing Image Bug 10.0.3

I'm suffering image woes on 10.0.3, I hear there is a new unavailable hidden treasure chested version that may fix this, LBIA I believe, anyone got a copy or know how to get hold of one?

The v10.0.3 LBIA build is available through support if needed. It specifically fixes an issue that can cause missing images if you replace product links in marketing lists with links to extended information pages.

As a precaution we have not published the link because the build did not have the full two week end to end test that we generally require for a public release. However it has only the one change in it, and has been used successfully on a several sites.
