Exclude from google product search data feed question?

I Realise you can exclude any item you want from the google product search data feed by going to product details>details and selecting the tick box.

I want to do this for quite a few products,

What would I have to include in the cell in the csv file eg a 0 or a 1 etc?

I tried doing an export but this didn't provide me with the answer i needed.

I also assume the cell to alter would be 'Exclude From Froogle Data Feed' within each product i want to exclude within the csv... is this correct?

1 is exclude (0 means the box would be unticked)

You can exclude products en masse by doing a flat file csv import (update) as basic as just the product ref and 1 for all the excluded products (you'll need to turn off auto generation of product references while you import)
