Product Options and Add to Cart ?

Hi There,

We have items (clothes) which are available in several sizes , we use product options for the sizes with RTS enabled on the hidden products sizes.

My question is , when a particular size stock is reduced to zero , then it disappears from the dropdown which is good , but when all available sizes are reduced to zero , the drop down menu has no options but the ADD TO CART button is still being displayed ? Is this correct or should the ADD TO CART button disappear once all product sizes are reduced to zero ?

I got around this is the past (pre v10 RTS) using some local PHP with a global PHP variable in the lists which is set if all OOS and then used to remove the Add to Cart button.

With RTS however I presume it would need to be done online using javascript.

Is this not a massive failing by Actinic if the problem has been around for such a long time ?

We were given a work around by technical support however because we also use Actinic EPOS the work around was in-practical !!!

Maybe the only option is to ditch EPOS !!

Tech Support also suggested that he thought it had been fixed in the first release of V10 !!! Duh
