Won't go from Checkout 0 to checkout 1

I have a client's site where once you have completed name and address details in checkout 0 and pressed next you get sent to the product page and not to checkout 1.
Website purge and refresh did not help.
Thinking it might be a server issue I have uploaded the site to my test server but I still have the same issue.

BTW it is in Spanish. Checkout is Hacer Pedido, basket is Ver Cesta, next is Siguendo. All offers of help gratefully received.

I tried copying pl and pm files from original but it didn't like that - prompt.fil not found. Now restored from earlier snap with same prob as above

Mea Culpa

Just so others may profit from my mistakes, when translating I changed the "value" in the code layout. This is what messed things up. Replacing the value variables and entering the translation in the Design Text editing dialogue (Encryption (Java) or right click on the value variable) did the trick.

BTW I have taken the site off my test server, the live (working) site is http://www.truecorset.com/es/
