Google listing from CGI Scripts

Can anyone tell me why Google is crawling and listing pages such as this from my site ??

www(dot)anycompany(dot)com/cgi/mf000001.pl?ACTION[/url]... - Cached

and

www(dot)anycompany(dot)com/cgi/ss000001.pl?ACTION=LOGIN[/url] - Cached

Any ideas how I can stop it happening ?

These are pages on your website and will probably be linked to from your homepage (Contact Us and Login).

You could look at restricting crawling of these pages using a robots.txt file in the root of your domain for SEs.
