Error when attempting to create snapshot

Hi all,

I'm getting the following error when trying to create a snapshot

Errors
(File ExportSite.cpp, Line 1572) - There were no registered sites available to take a backup from.
Warnings
(File Snapshot.cpp, Line 752) - Registry error 2, key Site - The system cannot find the file specified.

It will then not allow me to create the snapshot, don't know what to do please help!
