    Shipping not applied in V10 upgrade

    Hi

    I've just upgraded to V10 and uploaded today. All seems to have gone smoothly but in the checkout no shipping class is shown. Normally I have 24hr & 48hr. They are showing in the MOTO form but not in the checkout.

    I've done a test order online and no option for shipping was available & no payment was taken for shipping. It is when going through the MOTO screen.

    On first upload and test I got the 48hr shipping there but no option but on the second refresh nothing. Have restarted Actinic and done full refresh but no joy.

    Any ideas?

    It could be how you have linked shipping to countries, as I am getting an error at the invoice address stage of the checkout:

      Thanks for that. I've had a look through and compared it to my V9 site and all seems fine.

      When I first imported into V10 I had a bug in the MOTO section that had 'STORE SECTION' throughout it and I had to have a fix made by support to rectify it so this may well be something similar.

      The MOTO section is not processing as it should so I'll call support on Monday and mention this too. In the meantime I have reverted to v9 as I don't want to put off the weekend orders by not having shipping options and a code error at the checkout.
