HELP!! "The site 'Site1' cannot be opened now as its database is currently being upgr

I Have just started getting the following error on my main Actinic V10 pc

"The site 'Site1' cannot be opened now as its database is currently being upgraded or verified by other user.
Please try again later.


I have no idea why this has just started happening and now I can't get into Actinic at all.

I'm hoping someone knows how to sort this out ASAP!

Have a look in your sites.ini file, i suspect it has your site 'locked' as it thinks someone is working on it, think its a 1 or a 0 that specify the lock state, check the record of another site to see what it should be as standard.
