Allow fractional quantities??

Hi all,

I have a relatively simple question. Is it possible to allow fractional quantities in the "Quantity" box. I have some products that I sell by the metre, and would like to allow customers to buy half-metres.

Nothing as standard. Quantity is integer from 1 to 65536.

Simple workarounds are options are to sell by the cm or mm, perhaps replacing the Quantity box for such products with a drop-down list that only lets the customer enter 50cm, 100, 150, etc.

If you really need freeform fractional lengths, then I have an add-on Sell by Length or Area that allows this. Email me for info.
