Snapshot not including some folders

Can anyone throw any light on this problem.

I am presently building a site and had need to transfer it from one computer to a laptop.

For some reason, all the folders of the site have not been transferred in the snapshot, although on completion it reported everything was successful!

These include
Design Preview HTML and Preview HTML

The original computer is using Actinic V10.0.2 and the laptop is presently using 10.0.3

These were moved in 10.0.3, release notes explain the move and location.
