Ship to Alternative ADdress - Country Field Not Available

Ive had a few customers on the phone because they cant process their orders online.

when you go to checkout and select an alternative address you cant select a country and get blocked from going anyfurther

Has anyone experienced this before, and offer a solution.

Check in Design | Text, on the Invoice and Delivery Address tabs that Show is checked for the Country.
