Catalog displaying below left hand sidebar?

Hi , help again please.
I'm using the Silver theme. I have been going through some products changing the Extended Information to display "Name and info text display below image" . After doing a number of products I then noticed when looking at the Home Page Preview that the product catalog is now shown below the left hand sidebar ?
In Off-line page preview the catalog is almost off the left hand side off the browser window. The right hand edge of the catalog is level with the right hand side of the left sidebar.
The sections in the sidebar all show correctly "Product Sections " "Store Information " and "Best Sellers"
I have returned all the products I can find to the default "Text to the right of picture .
I have changed the theme to Smart and applied the site displays correctly, and then changed back to Silver where the catalog is back at the bottom of the page?
I have tried changing settings in "Site Options" Page Layout and online Catalog Details but have been unable to get the catalog to display correctly alongside the left hand side bar.
I must have inadvertently clicked on something but what. After 4 hours of prodding and reading the forum I'm stumped

Sounds like something is pushing the design to one side.
We would need a URL to help find the problem.

Hi I have publushed the site to the web the url is http://www.allcomponents.co.uk.web4.testurl.co.uk/

I have now found The site displays correctly in Firefox and Chrome but not in Internet explorer 8 ?
I had changed the default browser from Firefox to IE and that is why site suddenly broke in Actinic page preview. But I still need to fix it so it shows correctly in IE on the Heb . Help

No luck .I deleted all fragment content. If I change to "Smart" theme I have a correct display with a side bar either side and products in the center panel ?

I havent customised anything that to my knowledge . but will try a revert to factory .thanks
