Completing an order without printing an invoice... how

    As title.
I'll be working remotely in the near future and will be emailing PDFs of packing lists (rather than invoices) to the people managing the packing and shipping for me.

How can I get an order to complete without printing an invoice? As that seems the only way I can set an order to 'complete'.

The easiest way if you want to stick with the standard process is to install a pdf printer and print to that.

An alternative is to right click and export the order.

You can also use one stop order complete (in business settings) and set it up to mark the invoice as printed.

        Thanks

I'm printing to PDf for the packing list so I guess printing a PDF of the invoice is no big deal.

Have tried the option of the 1 click order... not sure if I'm setting it up right.

I have 'print invoice' deselected and 'mark invoice printed' selected.

So how do I process pending orders this way?

To 'complete', an order also needs to be full paid and shipped.
Are you shipping your orderlines also? You can do this in the "one click completion" too
