Catalisedomains.co.uk an actinic service provider; hosting company is now sending out requests for hosting and domain name payments that are not due. The company cannot be contacted and no one at this company is responding although they are sending out invoice reminders for monies that have been paid and are not due. Their website is online and running; yet there is no way to contact anyone. They claim to host over 5,000 web sites and host 7,000 domains, yet again, no one is available. The previous owners seemed decent and reliable; although their personal emails are now unavailable; they have switched off bona fide actinic; and possibly other customer's websites demanding monies that are not due. Has anyone else had problems with this company

The website has now been restored to the internet; it cannot be updated; their servers settings are incorrect; no contact whatsoever from the company; someone or something is messing around with the settings and still no explanation as to who they are; what they are or what the hell they are playing at.

For the record; Actinic is with doubt the best package on the internet market for business; an all in one package and the trouble with this company; Catalisedomains.co.uk is not due to Actinic software.
