getting an odd error in the manual order window ..

just tried to add an order manually and got this :

There was a problem with the database

Operation: Updating the [Person] table where [Title] = '2011/05/18 14:21713367646'

Invalid cursor position; no keyset defined

Action: Contact your Actinic reseller or Actinic Support as appropriate

....

Happened three or four times. I then did a test order where every text field said 'TEST' and it accepted it .. went back to the proper info for the order and got the error again.

any ideas?

I have had this in the past when one of the name or address fields is too long. Try changing each one in turn to 'test' to see which one is the offending line.

Forgot to mention to compact the database to see if that helps too.

mm .. the compacting of the database seemed to fix it. Never done that before (clearly something which needs to be done every now and again then!?).

Seriously?!

Recommended to compact at LEAST once a day. Probably more if you're intensively adding/removing products etc
