Broken Checkout Pages

Hi Everyone,

I recently implemented SSL on the checkout and log-in pages. Everything was working fine.

Yesterday I made some minor amendments to the site, and now any pages that are working through the cgi-bin are not displaying properly (as if the css styling is missing?). They worked prior to the changes yesterday.

I have tried:

Publishing
Refreshing
Purge and refresh
Deleting all of the contents of the cgi-bin
Changing the cgi script number (with various combinations of the above)

When viewed locally the pages in the checkout etc appear correct.

None of which make any difference. As a result of this problem it makes it difficult for customers to purchase anything.

Can anyone suggest what is wrong please?

I get a 404 not found error on all your cgi-scripts?

Things I'd check are:

1. Are the cgi-scripts in place?
2. Are the permissions correct?
3. Did something accidentally get changed in the network settings?

If no luck then remove the SSL settings and get everything working again. Then re-apply the SSl double checking as you go.

Just refreshing website after deleting everything in the cgi-bin.

The answer to all of your questions :

1) Yes
2) Yes
3) No (had a back-up which I restored from just to make sure)

It seems to take a long time to refresh your site.

Anyway. It doesn't look like it's the actinic css that's the problem, it's more as if whatever you're using to generate the navigation menu is buggered. The rest of the page is dispalying fine.

The files seem to be in place. You haven't made any changes or edits in this area recently have you?

Is there a particular reasson why you want SSL on the checkout?
