Site made, how do I use PayPal?

Hi guys sorry if this has been asked before but I cannot find a thread explaining what I need.

I have built a site ready to start adding items to and have also opened a PayPal account, how do i make it so that when a customer checks out they are directed to paypal (either to use existing account or card details) then once they have paid it sends them back to the store and sends us both an email?

Set them up on the payments and security tab within business settings, further details in the inbuilt help.
