anyone in Lancs interested in sharing experience?

Hi,
We're an Actinic user (Business V10) in Lancashire and process approx 5000 orders pa. Despite using Codepath to do some bolt ons (which work and help a lot) we feel we don't use Actinic to it's full extent for easy order processing (we're better at the front end design stuff and not so good at the back end).
Anyone local to us interested in showing us how you process orders in return for some help from us on the stuff we do well?

If you give me a call (next week because I'm not around much this week) I can talk through your order processing systems and suggest improvements. I run Mole End software and we specialise in order processing software, I also run three shops of my own, all have automated order processing. When I automated the third one last year I reduced a 15 minute processing time for each order down to 15 seconds and also substantially reduced costs at the same time.

We are based in Lancashire too and also use one of CodePaths plugins. Do you only sell via your own Actinic web site or do you sell on Amazon or EBay as well?
