How do I limit the country choice?

Hello,

I need to confine the shipping country to the UK, so I need to:

- remove all other countries from the list of countries
- change the prompt at the country field to something like "Sorry, but we can only ship to the UK at the moment"

I've been into the variables section and can find the country list but it's just the code, not the list of countries itself.

Where is the list of countries?

I guess the text is easier and it's in the Text area but again, is that all I need to do?

Settings > locations
Business settings > shipping
Business settings > tax

Make sure your shipping and tax settings agree.
