Editing downloaded order

Hi,

I am trying to find a way to edit the downloaded orders slightly. When a customer completes an order they see which shipping option they have selected – see attached arrowed in red. But this info isn’t passed on to the downloaded order my client sees. All they see is “shipping” rather than the specific category.

How can I adapt/edit the copy my client downloads?

If they select the shipping and handling tab when they have opened up an order, they should see the shipping choice?

It's also possible that they have hidden or unticked the column in the Orders tab which is headed "Shipping Class."

Many thanks for the swift reply. Unfortunately the details I was told are slightly wrong.

The shipping details are not showing up at the bottom of their Data Entry Report which they send on down to the workshop. I've attached a copy of this just in case.

Look on that image about 3 inches up from your red arrow.

Thanks Lee, I did see that but my client wants to know if it's also possible to add it in by the arrow! Yes I know it's pedantic but I am trying to please.

Have a word with the guys that create custom reports, you'll need to pay for one to be created i suspect. Tell your client it will cost them, they'll be more inclined to look 3 inches higher then.
