Problem when trying to insert fragments from csv file

I can create a simple ('image only') fragment, underneath a product.

However

When I do an export to get the values to put into my csv/excel file and then import into actinic I receive errors and the fragment will not import properly.

I guess this is something to do with Header: rows in my excel/csv file not correlating with the fragment row.

Is there any way around this?

I've now solved the problem by shifting the data in the fields across a few columns. thanks anyway.
