    cannot access Actinic Multi-User settings area

    Hi

    I am having an issue with accessing the multi user setting window.

    When I goto Settings-Users and click on users it does nothing apart from ding at me, it is as if the window has opened on my screen but I am unable to see it!?

    Anyone else have this issue?

    I did post this under Multi-User and Sync Server Issues, but have had no response.

    No response usually means no-one has anything relevant to say rather than they haven't seen it. Still you never know.

    Given the circumstances, if I were you I'd be on the phone to Actinic support.

      All Sorted

      I fixed the problem by doing the following.

      1) create a snapshot.
      2) renamed the actinic v10 folder to another name.
      3) unistalled Actinic
      4) reinstalled Actinic
      5) make sure users menu is working okay
      6) make sure extra user can access actinic okay
      7) import snapshot.
      8) make sure users menu is still working!

      Hope that helps anyone out with the same problem!?
