    Not receiving order e-mail details.

    Hi all,

    I've been developing a new site www.procutvinyl.co.uk

    When an order is placed, I'm receiving both the catalog Order Received and Paypal Payment e-mails, but not the 'Order Details e-mail'

    Also when the order is downloaded, actinic places the order in the 'pending service provider' even if the customer completes the paypal payment.

    I have ran some test orders, returning back to the website after payment and the customer does receive the 'Order Details e-mail', but I do not.

    I'm using v10.0.2 and have tried a webiste purge and refresh, but no joy.

    Network settings are shown below if this is any help

    Does the network test run without errors?
    Is "Send Receipt Email Copies to" box filled in under Business Settings > Ordering?
    If so, does that email address match the one in Business Settings > Company/Contact? (not sure if it needs to but it's another thing to try)

    there are probably more things to check but I can't think off the top of my head

      Thanks for your suggestions.

      Yes the network test runs fine with no problems, both e-mails are the same and the send receipt e-mail is filled in a ticked.

      It's odd because I'm running v8.5.3 on my other site taking paypal payments in the exact same way and have no issues at all.

      Just downloaded another procutvinyl order and still the same problems.

        This sounds to me like a paypal setup problem. I'd worry less about the emails until the payments issue is sorted.

        Are you using a different paypal account for each website or just the one? If only one, have you set a return url in paypal? this could be sending the payment confirmation to the wrong website.

          Hi Mike,

          Pro Cut Vinyl has it's own paypal account seperate from my other website (square one)

          I have the return url set to http://www.procutvinyl.co.uk

          This is working as I have ran some test orders as a customer and once the payment completes it does return to the website.
