vat inclusive site; I dont want 'including vat' shown

I have vat inclusive prices on my site and on both the customers checkout pages, and the invoice I print for them it says 'including vat' with the total vat amount detailed. (the vat is not broken down properly like you would see with a site adding vat at the checkout - it just shows it as a singular figure to indicate how much of the total is vat)

How can i get this to not show on checkout OR my printed invoice as I think this just confuses the customer unless they are vat savvy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Site : You can probably changing this via the design tab.

Invoice : You would need to edit your invoice to change this, you need crystal reports version 8.5 for that. Note that is not the latest version of the product. Duncan Rounding offers a report modification service so you could also contact him for a quote if you wanted him to change the report for you.

Which version of Crystal Reports 8.5 (pro / developer etc ?) would I need. It looks like costly software but it would probably come in useful.

As far as getting rid of the reference to vat in the Checkout and the Online Receipt - I have had a look around Design Library>Layouts>Checkout Area, and so far I can't find anything that looks like what I need to change.

Any help to point me in the right direction would be much appreciated!

Price layouts in the 'price' group within the design > library will show you the layouts. Or just switch to the compact price layout in site options?
