Large upload

Hi I am trying to upload a new site with lots of data, and there are 102,000 base files which are taking a very long time to upload.
Problem is it keeps failing due to one issue or another - tried all the usual silent running etc.

My question is how can I get the upload to resume from the place it stopped rather than starting again from scratch every time?
