Change Sub Section order

I've had a look around and can't find a really suitable answer for this. How do you change the order of Sub Sections? I've seen stuff on how to do Sections but that doesn't really apply to Sub Sections.

Say for example I have the following structure:

(Section)Military Jargon

(Sub Section)Alpha
(Sub Section)Bravo
(Sub Section)Charlie
(Sub Section)Echo

Now later on I want to add the Sub Section, Delta. So it then looks like:

(Sub Section)Delta
(Sub Section)Alpha
(Sub Section)Bravo
(Sub Section)Charlie
(Sub Section)Echo

From what I've seen and tried what I have to do is drag and drop Echo on to Military Jargon, followed by Delta, then Charlie, then Bravo, then Alpha.

Not a very pratical way of doing it. Am I missing something here?

If I understand correctly, you can hold the shift key down as you drag the sections to stop them droping down a level.

Nope, not very practical, but thats the current state of affairs.
You can drag multiple selections that are in sequence.
So in your example, you would multi select (hold shift key down as you select) Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, and drag all 3 above Delta.

I believe mole-end have a workaround tool, if you check them out

You use the shift key to move them into order at the same level. But instead of doing that, if you're creating an alphabetical list, just create it in the right place first up. Right click on the section above where you want yours and select new section, that's all I ever need to do.

I've been doing it the way indicated by IP since the start!
Just shows you can learn something new all the time.

I don't know if it's always been possible. I'm fairly new here myself. I found this out by accident one day.

It's been possible for at least 5 years, can't remember much further back than that.
