    upload date

I managed to show my b2b users my stock amount. However that only is correct on the date i check for orders.
When new parts are deliverd and i have not checked online the stock is not correct. And users can complain they are not adviced that the online stock is outdated.
    So i want to state " stock @ 30/06/2011: 2500 pcs"
    or something like that.
Is there an option to show the date my stock was uploaded from the one i have offline?

Real time stock control is its name suggests 'real time', never more than a few seconds behind, perhaps you don't have real time stock enabled, check your settings and make sure you have it selected. You can select to show the quantities or just in stock. You could add the date if wanted by adding your own custom code, but i see no point, if its real time it's 'now' ie this second, so what are you achieving, if you don't say it, they're hardly going to think you're saying last week's stock count are they?

hi leehack, you are correct. However i use sage 50 with actinic.
So the stock from actinic is not always the same as in sage. When my purchase orders are deliverd i enter it in sage 50, later the day or some days later i import it into actinic and upload it. also the other way around when someone orders by fax , the order and invoice is made by sage 50, so the stock in actinic is not correct any more.
Therefore i need to say when the stock was updated. If i dont state that, customers will say " it was on stock, i need in now".
so, is there an option so i can import a date?
