I am having problems setting up the option to display payment methods as radio buttons as opposed to a drop down list.
I have followed the knowledgebase article and my radio buttons have appeared (looks much better than a drop down!)
I then came across this post..

which gave the info to solve the problem of no payment method being pre-selected..i.e. the answer being that Fallback must be selected on one of the payment methods.
But I do not appear to have the 'Fallback' option to tick on my Payment and Security options within Business Settings...I have tick box columns for Website and Desktop and Limit to Defined Customers but no 'Fallback' column to tick ??
I have checked out the help pages too and it clearly shows a page image giving a 'fallback' column 'tickable option'.
Have I possibly got something unticked elsewhere so that I don't see the 'Fallback' column ???
Any help would be much appreciated.
