Order screen columns?

Is there any way of adding (or removing) columns into the "Orders / Completed" screen, such as date ordered or separate customer or address fields?

I've had a look about the menus & right clicked everywhere I can think, but cant seem to find anything.

If you right click on the column headings you can untick fields to remove them, you can also drag and drop to move them into different places. You can't add fields though.
