Sorting the packing list printout in alphabetical order

Hi all

I would like to have my packing lists print out so that the sold items are listed in alphabetical order by "Product Description". However, no matter how I sort them on screen, when I print out a packing list or data entry report, the order is scrambled in a seemingly random way. I am doing something silly?

No. The printed report is defined by a Crystal Reports template and i suspect that to do what you want you'll need to create a new report.

This isn't easy to do yourself as you need to buy an older version version of crystal reports which is quite expensive and then to learn how the reports work.

There are a couple of people on the forum who'll create a custom report for a small fee. I think Jan Strassing and Duncan Rounding are the people to contact.
