Displaying the Postage Band charges

Hi - just spent quite a bit of time inputting all the bands of postage costs for Uk, Europe and Rest of World. I want to be able to show these costs in our T&C's. Is there a layout that can be inserted that will display these costs. Had a look but didn't see anything.

It seems odd having to re-key the all.

Any ideas?

Input the code into a variable (file content) and then use that variable in the various places you want it.
