Product code/reference gone on data entry report!

Ok, so I've always printed data entry reports which is being send to accountancy, and then passed on onto the shipping/packaging department.

On V7 it always included the product reference code!
Now it's gone. And every report I try to generate on V10 is missing the product reference code.

Hope somebody can help me with this, since I'm stuck.

Is Auto Generate Product References checked in Business Settings - Options?
This needs to be unchecked to show the Product Reference in the reports.

Actinic phone support is stupid. They even didn't know what a "data entry report" was.. doh!
