General Script Error

Can anybody help?

whilst using our site customers are now no longer to add to cart, or even contact us,

they are getting the following error

anybody know a fix for this??

A required file is missing from your server. Try doing a full Refresh.

Although Norman is of course correct, check your Network Settings using the Wizard? The url:

www . chastheboat.co.uk / shop / acatalog / pagename.html doesn't look normal for actinic sites.

cgi-bin is at the same level as 'shop', where is the 'acatalog' coming from?

Also, I notice (off topic) that on brochure pages you have 'Main Pages' on the left, 'Product Sections' on the right.....

and the opposite way round on product pages. I also found the links to other domains a bit odd.

Tried that, tried a purge and refresh as well as advised by the support team

Because the amount our business does we anticipated that this was in fact easier (not everybody comes to us to buy things from the shop)

And point 2, what is it that you find odd about the links to other domains (as i mentioned above we have many strings to our bows) the sites we link to are all our own sites (currently under development in actinic)

Did you investigate Post #3? Could you:

Go to [Web][Network Settings] then click [Export] and save it as a file;

Open the file in Notepad and remove your FTPUSERNAME & FTPPASSWORD and [Save];

Then either copy & paste the contents into your next post, or upload the textfile to the forum.

If so what did you do recently that may have broken things?

Could you have another site using the same cgi-bin directory and the same CGI Script ID Number?
