help! i've lost my extended info box.

Hi,

the extended info pop up is not avail on the live site, just getting a window popping up saying 'Not Found'

it is happening on all my products, i think i might have done something in the design layput when i was trying to figure out favicons!!!

can anyone help

Id suggest starting again and using Single Product Per Page, Lee from these boards has a very good detailed explanation on this http://www.websitedesigned.co.uk/actinic-spp.htm

the only thing I can see is that your extended info pages have spaces have been unclicked on your actinic site so havent been uploaded?

Take a snapshot, then goto "DESIGN>LIBRARY" then click HIGHLIGHT EDITED LAYOUTS and find look for the ones youve changed either on the extended info pages or product pages and click reset to factory. if it doesnt work you can alway get back to the point your at now with the snapshot
