I only want to specify one payment method.

maksure you have selected a payment method for OFFLINE orders as it says - yes you only need one

I only want to specify Actinic Payments Ecommerce as an option.

Why is it insisting I have a payment method specified for offline orders?

The 'enable offline ordering' tick box isn't ticked.....

Must need one to be set then, even if it is told not to do offline orders, makes sense as a failsafe i guess. Set it on your payment method, it can't be used if offline orders is not enabled anyway.
