I know there are ways to custom extract data out of Actinic into CSV files and do some kind of import into a CRM package....is there an Actinic CRM package ?

BUT, is there / are there plans to have a connector or something that will integrate straight into Actinic with minimal configuration / import / development time at all ?

Christianne, when you say "connector" what is it that you imagine "it" connecting to, other than Actinic?
There are many CRM systems available to suit many different purposes. All of them have their own formats for data importing.
There are members on this forum, including teclan, who can write custom applications for importing and exporting to and from Actinic.
Are you looking for something specific, or just generally wondering if there is/will be anything to automate the updating of Customer info from Actinic to "any" CRM system?

We have a program that will export Actinic order details to xml, csv or xml files? Most CRM systems should be able to import those formats and if we don't already have an export for the CRM you wish to use, we can usually add one.
