can some one confirm for me ....as standard, when I press 'complete' in the orders section, does the customer receive an email stating the order is complete & shipping? ... if not can I set this up somewhere?.....cheers guys

You can configure what actions take place within the "one click complete" option in Actinic within the Business Settings window under the order processing panel, including whether or not to send an email upon completion of the order.
