Snapshot failure

I cant take a snapshot of my site... I get the following message;

FATAL ERRORS
(File SnapshotWizard.cpp, Line 686) - Archive error 5 - The compression operation failed
Library error - Can not open file C:\Users\Clive\Documents\Actinic v10\Sites\Site1\ActinicCatalog.mdb ! has been caught

any ideas what I should try to do to sort it?

Read about this error many times on the forum, can't recall the solution, but if you search for the error message using the google search, pretty sure you will be presented with a host of threads and possible solutions. Searching for just the key parts of an error message is usually a good tip.
