After pulling what little left of my hair out, I have reached the end of my teather. I'm asking you guys and gals for help.
I have lot's of different customers (lets say 1200), and lot's of different product (300+). Each customer has a different price list in sage set up on each products, e.g. no two customers pay the same for the same product. Actinic Link extracts the data for the price lists from Sage, and when imported into actinic (via the import sage 50 link) customer groups are created (ideal) and are listed in the PRICES TAB under the product. However, the price remains the same as the base line retail price. Regardless of the pricelist being generated by Actinic Link, it's not being imported.
Importantly, in sage the prices are fixed in the price list and not generated by a % increase or decrease. So when in Actinic, I don't want to start calculating a difference voa multiple or divided by in the customer pricing section within Actinic.
Does anyone know how to get the fixed price list in Sage that has been created per cusotmer per product into Actinic without any intervention from me?
Cheers
Steve
