Multiple Discounts

We've got quantity discounts on all our products on our website.

10% off 10 or more

I’ve created product groups to control this. now I want to apply a second discount to a group: (15% off 100 or more) for trade discount. I’ve created to discount triggers but when you buy 100 it still comes up with only the 10%.

How can I get it to do multiple discounts on one product or product groups?
