Actinic Locking up when previewing store or exporting snaposhot?

Every time I perform the listed operations Actinic crashes forcing me to restart.

I get "Actinic has encountered a problem and has closed.....etc.

Can't even get a snapshot out of it!

Any ideas guys?

We have ongoing issues that when we do an adjustment it causes the PC to freeze.
