Section Page name length
I have read some of the articles regarding the limit on the section page name length and it causing data truncated errors but most of them are dated 2006/2007.
I have the problem that when I create products using codepath SPP, the section page name uses the short description to create the section page name. Short description is limited to 255 characters and it seems that section page name is limited to 50 characters, therefore data truncated error. I would like to have a longer page name for SEO.
The articles' solutions that I have read all appear very complicated and possibly dated.
Are there any newer fixes/workarounds for this problem that anyone is aware of please?
