i have just changed over to v10 and i am having issues with coupon codes

if i enter and update the code it shows worked and the discount given

but when i got to next stage of checkout the discount goes away

can someone help please as i have sent this code to many people and got lots complaints

As the site is upgraded it could well be a problem with the upgrade.
